Peter Bradley

2021/2022 Public Allies Fellow

Peter Bradley is a Public Allies Fellow from Madison, WI. He is deeply passionate about the transformative power of education and loves working with young people. He graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR with a degree in Sociology/Anthropology and focused on the history of exclusion in outdoor spaces, the criminal justice system and Spanish language. Throughout college, he spent time leading wilderness trips in the Rockies, Canada and Alaska in the summers for Camp Manito-wish YMCA and led trips for Lewis & Clark’s outdoor program. Since graduating, Peter received a Fulbright grant to teach English in Argentina, worked in special education at a school in Northern Wisconsin, worked restoring an old house on an organic farm in California, taught Literature and Writing at The Island School and continued to lead wilderness trips. In his free time, he loves to cook big meals for friends, play music, attempt woodworking projects and explore the outdoors through climbing, trail running and biking. Two of his favorite places in the world are the Driftless Region of Wisconsin and the Brooks Range of Alaska. He is looking forward to a year of growth, both as an educator and a person in the incredible Eagle Rock community.
