Felicia Walker

2017/2018 Public Allies Teaching Fellow in Residence Life

Felicia was born in Fairfield, CA but raised in Overland Park, KS. Once completing public high school, Felicia went to study Animal Sciences Pre-Veterinary at Kansas State University. During this time, Felicia was also a Resident Assistant and a high ropes/low ropes course facilitator. Felicia found a passion engaging and supporting students in their growth and holistic development. Felicia was then inspired to pursue a career in student development and residence life which led to completing a Masters’ degree in Student Affairs Administration while simultaneously holding a position as a Hall Director at University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Felicia hopes to create an environment that fosters positive student development while learning from students as well.
