Chris Iafrati

Human Performance Center Adjunct Instructor

Christopher Iafrati is in his second, non-contiguous year on the Human Performance Center Team at Eagle Rock School. Chris shares responsibility for morning exercise, intramurals, risk management and teaching a variety of health and wellness classes. With a background spanning numerous mentorship roles, from head coach to YMCA camp counselor, and a variety of physical fitness roles from yoga teacher to personal trainer, Chris utilizes many mediums to connect with students. Having found his personal identity through athletics, he strives to help students navigate their own emerging identities in whatever way they appear, while providing healthy outlets to keep students physically relaxed, psychologically grounded and spiritually unencumbered. Chris earned undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology from the State University of New York, Buffalo. He currently lives off-campus by himself, but soon hopes to add a dog to the mix.
