Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center abides by the regulations set forth in the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). As a result, alumni, schools and other organizations must submit a records request in order for Eagle Rock to send school documents such as transcripts.
Requests for Eagle Rock School transcripts can be sent by e-mail to info@eaglerockschool.org or by fax to (970) 586-4805. When requesting transcripts by email or fax, please include all of the following details:
- Student’s first name
- Student’s last name
- Name of the college or university to receive the transcript
- Receiving college or university fax number or email address
- Receiving college or university mailing address for transcripts
- Name of college or university contact (if applicable)
- If you are not the student, your name, and phone number
Students requesting official transcripts to be sent to a college or university should gather the above information and then contact Eagle Rock’s Registrar’s Office at (970) 586-0600 x1231
