Tre’Vonte Marshall

2017/2018 Public Allies Teaching Fellow in Residential Life

Tre’Vonte Marshall is from Minneapolis, MN. His passion is working in his community and creating music that motivates and encourages people to turn negatives into positives. He is an aspiring photographer, videographer and music artist, as well as a youth mentor. In high school, Tre’Vonte was a peer educator for the “Check Yo Self” health and wellness center, where he engaged the community through outreach, talking about STD/HIV awareness. He is known in the community for his documentary “Road To Success,” in which he talks about how he overcame struggles in life and earned a basketball scholarship to division one Seward County Community College in Kansas. In his free time, he enjoys writing, basketball, photography, and creating art. Tre’Vonte is currently working at Eagle Rock as one of the Residential Life Fellows.
