Jordan Cerna

2016/2017 Public Allies Teaching Fellow in Outdoor Education

Jordan spent the first 23 years of his life in Indiana. He attended Earlham College where he studied biology. During his final year at Earlham, he found his passion in experiential education and outdoor pursuits. After graduation Jordan has worked and traveled in different locations, but has developed an affinity toward the west. Looking for a different scene and terrain, Jordan relocated to Wyoming in 2015 and continued to pursue outdoor education with Eagle Rock and NOLS.  He is motivated by personal growth through working with youth and being a role model within the outdoor industry for students of color.
